When will I receive my subscription?
Delivery time for a monthly publication is usually
between 8-12 weeks but can sometimes take up to 14
weeks. If you order a magazine that is bi-monthly or
quarterly, delivery time can be slightly longer
depending on the schedule of the publisher.
Do you automatically renew my subscription every year?
No - we don't believe in a ever automatically renewing
your subscription. We believe the choice to renew should
be up to you! To renew your subscription simply visit
our website 2-3 months before your subscription expires
and place your renewal order.
Can I renew a subscription I currently receive?
Yes you can. Any magazine that we list on our website is
available for renewal. When you add the magazine
subscription to your shopping cart, please be sure to
note that the order is a renewal and match the name and
address as it appears on your current mailing label.
Can I order more than one magazine on my order?
Certainly! Select as many magazines as you like. When
you find a magazine you wish to order, just add the
magazine to your shopping cart and continue shopping
until you have made all of your selections. Once you
have finished shopping continue on through the checkout
process to pay for your order.
I would like to order a gift for someone. Can I order a gift subscription through your website?
Magazines are the perfect gift and every magazine listed
on our website is available for purchase as a gift
subscription. When adding a magazine to your shopping
cart that is a gift, once you click the add to cart
button, on the next screen simply indicate that the
magazine is a gift. On the next screen you be asked to
enter the gift recipient's name and address information
which will allow the selected magazine to be sent to the
person of your choice.
You can also order magazines for
yourself and multiple gift orders all on one order.
Simply continue to add your magazine selections to your
shopping cart until you are finished shopping. Once
you've finished shopping continue on through the
checkout process to pay for your order.
Do you process military or international orders?
Unfortunately we are not able to process orders shipping
to a military or international address.
Will you notify my gift recipient of the gift I am
sending?
At this time we are unable to send a notice
announcing the gift that you have ordered. We suggest
that you notify your gift recipient of the gift by
sending a card so they will know that the magazine
subscription is on its way to them in 8-14 weeks.
I would like to cancel my order I placed. How do I
cancel?
We process all orders on Saturday of each week. Once we
have processed your order it cannot be cancelled and
refunded. If you have placed an order and wish to
cancel, please notify customer service prior to 11:00
a.m. (EST) on Saturday. Cancellation requests received
after this time cannot be cancelled and refunded as your
order will have already been processed.
Can I make changes to my order?
We process all orders on Saturday of each week. If you
have changes which need to be made to your order, please
let us know of these changes prior to 11:00 a.m. (EST)
on Saturday.
How do I request a change of address?
If you have a change of address and you are not yet
receiving your magazine subscription order, please
contact our customer service department. Please include
your order number, your previous address and your new
address. Our customer service department will update
your address with our clearinghouse or the publisher
directly.
If you are currently receiving your magazine
subscription, please contact the publisher directly and
request that they update your address information in
their system. This is the quickest, most efficient way
to process an address change when you are already
receiving your magazine subscription.
There is an error on my order. How do I correct this
error?
If, after placing your order, you notice that there is
an error, please send a copy of your order receipt to
our customer service department as quickly as possible.
Please be specific as to what the error is and provide
the information necessary to correct the error.
How do I update my account?
Should you ever need to make changes to your account
(address update, e-mail update, telephone update, etc),
simply log into your account and click on the update
account link. Once you've made the necessary changes to
your account, save your new information by clicking on
the update account button.
