CANCELLATION AND
REFUND REQUESTS will only be honored if you have made your
request before we process your magazine subscription order.
We process all orders on Saturday of each week. Once we
have processed your order it cannot be cancelled and
refunded. If you have placed an order and wish to
cancel, please notify customer service prior to 11:00
a.m. (EST) on Saturday. Cancellation requests received
after this time cannot be cancelled and refunded as your
order will have already been processed. |

YOU MUST PROVIDE US WITH A VALID E-MAIL ADDRESS if you wish to
receive confirmation of your order with eNewsDirect. If you do not
provide a valid e-mail address you will not receive confirmation of your
order. |

IF YOU HAVE A CHANGE OF ADDRESS and you are not yet
receiving your magazine subscription order, please
contact our customer service department. Please include
your order number, your previous address and your new
address. Our customer service department will update
your address with our clearinghouse or the publisher
directly.
If you are currently receiving your magazine
subscription, please contact the publisher directly and
request that they update your address information in
their system. This is the quickest, most efficient way
to process an address change when you are already
receiving your magazine subscription.
Please be sure to update your address with the United
States Postal Service by completing the necessary form
at your local post office for mail forwarding. Be sure
to indicate that you wish to have your magazine
subscriptions forwarded to your new address.

WE LIKE TO STAY IN CONTACT WITH OUR CUSTOMERS and
eNewsDirect may send e-mails to you when it's time to renew or we have
an something of interest to send you. eNewsDirect will never
distribute, sell or rent your e-mail address to a third party at any
time. We respect your privacy and all e-mails will be sent by
eNewsDirect only. As a customer of eNewsDirect you opt-in to our
mailings with the option to unsubscribe at any time. |

WE CANNOT SWITCH YOUR MAGAZINE once we have processed your
order. If you decide you do not wish to receive a magazine you have
ordered, we are happy to send through a request to redirect the order
to another person. Please notify our customer service department of
your request or contact the publisher directly to change the name and
address on your account. |

DELIVERY TIME
for a monthly publication is usually between 8-12 weeks but can
sometimes take up to 14 weeks. If you order a magazine that is
bi-monthly or quarterly, delivery time can be slightly longer depending
on the schedule of the publisher. If the delivery period has passed and
you have not yet received your first issue, please contact our customer
service department and we will research your order to find out why you
have not yet received it. |

SHOULD A MAGAZINE BE
UNAVAILABLE OR CEASE PUBLICATION ... eNewsDirect is a subscription agency.
Our role is to process your magazine subscription order and send it on
to each individual magazine publisher through our clearinghouse. We are
not involved in the creation, printing, editorial, fulfillment or the
mailing of the magazine subscription. This is the sole responsibility of
each individual publisher. Our responsibility is limited to sending your
order to the clearinghouse for fulfillment by each individual publisher.
If eNewsDirect
is unable to fulfill your order for a magazine subscription, our
obligation to you is limited to a refund of the money paid for the
magazine subscription that cannot be fulfilled. If a publisher should
decide to cease publication of a magazine you have ordered, eNewsDirect is not
responsible to provide a refund or a substitute magazine subscription.
It is the responsibility of the magazine publisher to provide you with a
substitute magazine subscription similar to the one which ceased
publication. |
